Anton Philipp Graf
Anton Philipp Graf (* September 23, 1874 in Würzburg; † March 26, 1947 in Prien am Chiemsee) was a German painter who painted landscape motifs in particular.
Graf completed his training at the drawing school of the Polytechnischer Zentralverein in Würzburg and studied under Gustav Rienäcker and Fritz Müller-Landeck at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich from 1894.
He was a member of the Reichsverband Bildender Künstler Deutschlands and, during the National Socialist era, also a member of the Reichskammer der bildenden Künste. In 1939, 1941 and 1942, Graf was represented at the supplementary exhibitions to the Great German Art Exhibition with three landscape paintings.
