Otto Hunte

Otto Hunte (1881–1960) was a German painter and film architect, recognized as one of the most significant architects for Ufa during the 1920s and 1930s. He was responsible for the lavish design of many major Ufa productions that made cinematic history. Alongside Fritz Lang’s classics such as “Die Nibelungen” and “Metropolis,” Josef von Sternberg’s “The Blue Angel” deserves special mention.
