Felix KIENINGER

Felix Kieninger, who was born in Vienna on April 13, 1932 and touched his last canvas on April 21, 2009, left behind a legacy of remarkable artistic refinement. His color compositions are unmistakably reminiscent of the technique of the master Paul Cézanne. Kieninger mastered the rules laid down by the French painter with masterly finesse. However, he pursued an abstract path in terms of content, which gave his works their very own characteristics.
